I'm so SUPREMELY IRRITATED.
Why should I have to try moving the modem or surrounding it in aluminum foil to see if I can get it working? Why should I pay for something that only works about twelve hours a day - about ten and a half of which I am not home for? WHY THE FUCK WON'T THEY SEND A TECH OUT DURING EVENING TO FUCKING FIX IT!?!?
And if I DO determine it's a sensor light at fault, what the hell do I DO about it?
