Jess theorized that it was dead, but I knew it was alive. And it was. It crawled out from its little webby nest thing and crawled away from the corner a bit, then (I thought) fell to the floor. I got the flashlight and tried to find it, to no avail. I thought perhaps it had fallen behind the poster. Then I saw it, still on the ceiling (where the hell had it gone?). So, more poison was applied, and it finally fell to the top of my dresser.
That was an easy enough place to kill it, so I slammed down the paper towel right on it... Only to have it mysteriously appear next to my hand. I slammed the towel down a few more times - "How did it get THERE?" - backed away, apparently brushed my hand on the cat napper, and promptly shrieked and fell on the bed. There was no body, incidentally, when I finally went and got the dropped paper towel.
IT WAS EVIL! A MONSTER!! IT COULD TELEPORT, I TELLS YA! MY ONLY SOLACE IS THAT THE POISON WAS ABOUT TO KILL IT ANYWAY!!! *pants*
...Why couldn't I have a phobia of something that doesn't come into my HOUSE!? >_< I want a phobia market, where we can trade irrational fears of one thing for irrational fears of another! I'd get a phobia of deep-sea fish or something! *mutters*
